Fees

Both the buyer and the seller are charged ucret1 buraya gelecek TL regardless of sales amount in case of the system usage. This amount will be refunded to buyer(s)/seller(s) within the specified time if the transaction is canceled by the buyer(s)/seller(s) or if the transaction does not take place at the land registry office.

Important Note: The fee should be sent by the buyer(s) and the seller(s) through the account specified while registering into the system and the E-Payment (Receipt) number must be specified in the EFT explanation field. (The buyer can transfer his/her own purchase price and commission to the blocked account at Takasbank separately or in total at once.)
