Fees

Both the buyer and the seller are charged ucret1 buraya gelecek TL regardless of sales amount in case of the system usage. This amount is not returned even if the process isn’t completed at the Land Registry Office.

Important Note: The fee should be sent by the buyer(s) and the seller(s) through the account specified while registering into the system and the E-Payment (Receipt) number must be specified in the EFT explanation field. (The buyer can transfer his/her own purchase price and commission to the blocked account at Takasbank separately or in total at once.)
